know, we had listed our condo this past summer and didn't receive a single offer in a
three month period. We were devastated that it didn't sell prior to our move to Arizona,
forcing us to get a renter until we could place it on the market again this Spring. How
fortunate for us that Ron met you during his business trip to the Seattle area in March.
Until that time we were dreading trying to sell a condo "long distance", and had
no idea how we would coordinate everything. But up to the challenge steps Norma Osborn and

the closing, you made numerous calls to keep them moving and us informed; and when I
needed to chat with you for an update, you made yourself available by phone, in the
evening, at your home, even though several times you were in the middle of dinner.
Well, if that isn't enough to thank you for, we also have to thank you for getting us
$3,000 more for our condo than we listed for last year, bringing in an acceptable offer
within 12 days from the listing date, and just for being the terrific person you are!
